1. Using Presly.baby
Presly.baby is a free service that turns public Discord presence into a live card and JSON data you can show on a GitHub README or on your own website. By using the site or the API you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use it
You need to be in our Discord server for your card to work. You must follow the Discord Terms of Service and be old enough to use Discord in your country.
3. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Abuse, overload or try to break the service, or send automated requests at an unreasonable rate.
- Look up other people to harass, stalk or track them.
- Use the service for anything illegal or that harms others.
- Pretend to be someone else or try to get around limits and access rules.
4. Your data on cards
Cards and API responses are built from information Discord already makes visible, like your name, avatar, status, badges and activity. Anyone who has your card link can see what it shows. You decide where you share it.
5. Premium
Premium is given by hand by the Presly.baby team. It is not sold through this site. Premium includes the Premium role in our Discord server and access to API v2 for your Discord ID.
Premium can be changed or removed at any time, for example if these terms are broken or if you leave the server. API v2 may change as we improve it.
6. Availability
The service is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be online, accurate or fast. Data comes from Discord and other sources and can be delayed or missing. We can change, limit or stop any part of the service at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Presly.baby and its team are not responsible for losses that come from using or not being able to use the service.
8. Not affiliated with Discord
Presly.baby is an independent project. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Discord Inc. or Spotify. All names and logos belong to their owners.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version. Questions? Join our Discord server.
