1. Short version
We do not ask you to sign up, we do not use cookies and we do not run ads or trackers. We only handle what is needed to draw your card.
2. What we handle
- Discord ID you type or put in a card link.
- Public Discord profile data of users in our server: name, avatar, banner, status, activity, Spotify, badges, server tag and connected accounts that are set to visible.
- Premium list: for premium users we keep the Discord ID, the date premium started and who added it.
- Server logs: basic technical logs such as time, request path and errors, used to keep the service running.
3. What we do not do
- We do not read your messages or direct messages.
- We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
- We do not build profiles or follow you across other sites.
4. Caching
To stay fast, presence data and images are kept in memory for a short time, from seconds to a few hours, and then dropped. This cache is not a permanent copy of your profile.
5. Your browser
The home page saves your card settings, like theme and ID, in your browser's local storage so they are still there next time. This data stays on your device and you can clear it any time from your browser settings or with the Reset button.
6. Other services
Loading the site and cards may contact other services that receive your IP address as part of normal browsing:
- Discord and its CDN for profile data and images.
- Google Fonts for the site fonts.
- Spotify image servers for album covers.
- Simple Icons for connection icons.
Each one has its own privacy policy.
7. How to remove your data
Your card only works while you are in our server. If you leave, we stop being able to read your presence. To be removed from the premium list, or to ask about any other data, contact us in our Discord server. You can also hide parts of your card with the options on the home page.
8. Children
Presly.baby is not meant for anyone under the minimum age required to use Discord.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
